Christina Jobe founded Dalmatian Cow and has worked for more than a decade as a producer and director across a variety of media including commercials, music videos, feature films, and virtual reality. She began in music video production working with Grammy-nominated artists including Travis Scott, Kygo, Tina Turner, The Killers, and Anderson.Paak. She moved into commercials and worked with top brands including Apple, Neutrogena, Panera, Alexander Wang. One of the feature films she produced, Actor Martinez, premiered at the TriBeCa film festival and was listed in The New Yorker's "Top 10 Films of the Year". 

Other honors and festivals include: Vimeo Staff Picks, SXSW, AFI Film Festival, Berlinale Critics Circle, Cannes Film, Rotterdam International Film Festival, Cameraimage, Hollyshorts, Grammy Music Video of the Year Nomination, Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Grant Recipient.

JP Lasmar has won consecutive Golden Lions at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2022 and 2023. He was just ranked #1 Director in Pharma and #5 in Health & Wellness at The One Show.

Coming from Entertainment into Advertising, JP’s work focuses on emotional stories and delivers powerful performances combined with carefully crafted aesthetics. His films tell stories of hope about pressing issues, like inequality in breast cancer treatment (Inequality You Can’t Ignore - Gold Lion Winner), blindness & visual impairment (Eyedar - Gold Lion Winner), rare skin diseases (The Unwearable Collection - Clio Gold Winner & Best Story at the London Fashion Film Festival), and prematurity (Gabriel - Creative Floor & Telly Gold Winner). JP has been recently awarded Grand Prix prizes in both Clio & LIA, in addition to several other accolades from The One Show, ADC, Creative Floor, MM+M, New York Health, Telly Awards, and El Ojo.

In Entertainment, JP collaborated with Martin Scorsese in Silence (Paramount), Reid Carolin & Channing Tatum in Dog (United Artists), and Edson Oda in the Sundance Film Festival darling Nine Days (Sony Pictures Classics). He also executive produced Vida Sobre Rodas (Disney) and Looking at the Stars (Elo Company).

Lasmar holds an MFA in Film and Television Production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts, in addition to BAs in Cinema from FAAP and Architecture & Urbanism from Mackenzie.

Takara is a Daytime Emmy nominated producer and director. She is a 2020 Project Involve Producing Fellow and a 2021 Women in Film Emerging Producer Fellow. She also created the award-winning series, Unapologetically Black. Additionally, Takara produced several award-winning short films including other, Junebug, Omolara, and The Spirit God Gave Us. Her first docuseries, The Black Beauty Effect, which is a three-part documentary series that captures the current evolution, revolution, and upheaval in the beauty industry premieres this fall on Comcast NBCUniversal.
